Truwell Terms of Service
The following terms and conditions govern all use of the Truwell.com website and all content, services, and products available through the website (collectively, the “Website”). The Website is owned and operated by Truwell (“Truwell”). The Website is offered subject to your acceptance without modification of all the terms and conditions contained herein and all other operating rules, policies (including, without limitation, Truwell’s Privacy Policy), and procedures that may be published from time to time on this Site by Truwell (collectively, the “Agreement”).
Please read this Agreement carefully before accessing or using the Website. By accessing or using any part of the Website, you agree to become bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If these terms and conditions are considered an offer by Truwell, acceptance is expressly limited to these terms. The Website is available only to individuals who are at least 18 years old.
1. Your Truwell Account and Site
If you create an account or site on the Website, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any data on the site. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account and any other actions taken in connection with the account. You must not describe or assign keywords to your site in a misleading or unlawful manner, including in a manner intended to trade on the name or reputation of others. Truwell may change or remove any description or keyword that it considers inappropriate, unlawful, or likely to cause liability. You must immediately notify Truwell of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breaches of security. Truwell will not be liable for any acts or omissions by you, including any damages incurred as a result of such acts or omissions.
2. Responsibility of Contributors
If you operate an account, comment, or post content on the Website (collectively, “Content”), you are entirely responsible for the content of, and any harm resulting from, that Content. This includes text, graphics, or other media formats. By posting Content, you represent and warrant that:

4. Services and Payments

By selecting a service, you agree to pay Truwell the applicable one-time, monthly, or annual subscription fees. Subscription payments will be charged on a pre-pay basis and cover the service for the indicated period. Payments are non-refundable.Automatic Renewal
Unless you notify Truwell before the end of the applicable subscription period, your subscription will automatically renew, and you authorize Truwell to charge the applicable subscription fee using any payment method on file. You can cancel the subscription at any time by contacting Truwell in writing.
5. Termination
Truwell may terminate your access to the Website at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. If you wish to terminate this Agreement, you may simply discontinue using the Website. Truwell will not provide any refund for amounts previously paid upon termination. Provisions that naturally survive termination shall remain in effect (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability).
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Website is provided “as is.” Truwell disclaims all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Truwell makes no guarantee that the Website will be error-free or uninterrupted. You use the Website at your own risk.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event will Truwell be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;
- Loss of data or interruption of use;
- Any amount exceeding the fees paid by you to Truwell in the last 12 months prior to the cause of action.
8. General Representation and Warranty
You represent and warrant that:
- Your use of the Website complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Your use does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Truwell and its affiliates from any claims or damages arising from your use of the Website, including violations of this Agreement.
10. Miscellaneous
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Truwell and you regarding your use of the Website. Any disputes arising under this Agreement will be resolved in the courts of Washington and governed by the laws of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
